*Backyard Delivery Option (48 States) Standard backyard delivery upgrade includes up to 100′ from driveway, must be flat ground and a minimum gate opening of 36-39″ depending on the exact spa. Please email pictures and/or a video preferred of your installation site so we can coordinate with our spa delivery teams. We ask that your pad is level and ready for delivery prior to our arrival. Electrical hook must be completed by a qualified professional.
Shipping & Returns
All spas ship nationwide via Palletized Freight Carrier. In-stock spas usually ship within 5-10 days. Custom order spas usually ship within 9-16 weeks. White glove flat ground delivery available upon request and will be quoted on a case by case basis. Please leave a note a check out for a white glove delivery quote.
Returns accepted within 30 days. Buyer responsible for return freight. Spa must be properly moved, packaged and shipped by industry professionals. All returns are subject to a 20% cleaning and restocking fee.
